CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

We are building new facilities and extensions for about 500 beds, with additional investments for about 35 million Euro, with funding coming from various sources such as Project Financing, cooperation with local municipalities and own Sereni Orizzonti Spa projects.

Here are some examples:

The Residential care home for the elderly in Carmagnola, due to open in Summer 2012, is a new facility created from the renovation of an old hotel building.

In July 2011, Sereni Orizzonti Spa purchased a plot located within Aiello Council (Udine) in order to build and subsequently manage a residential care home for non self-sufficient elderly people, provided with the necessary equipment and communal spaces and set within a large garden park.

This facility was created from to the renovation of Hotel Pra De Plana and has operated since Spring 2011. Located within a short distance from the centre of Aviano, it is set within green surroundings and has a large garden.

The Momo project is the first residential home built in the province of Novara. It involves the construction of a property to be used for the provision of welfare services with the capacity to accommodate about 80 people, and will be provided with all the necessary equipment and communal areas.
