Sereni Orizzonti Spa is the operating Holding Company of a Group of Companies.

The Group essentially deals with two businesses.

The first involves the construction of assisted residential care homes, flexible assisted residential care homes and residential facilities for the elderly in general, while the second deals with managing the facilities we have built or bought from third parties, or operating facilities under concession from Public Entities.

Among its existing and upcoming facilities, the group currently has 27 residential care homes in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, Lombardy, Trentino Alto Adige, Emilia Romagna and Liguria.
All our facilities operate in connection with the local Health Authorities.

The Group also deals with real estate, restaurants and integrated public-private projects for the management of health care and welfare activities.
