Sereni Orizzonti SpA is currently building four new residential care facilities with levels of involvement ranging from joint project financing with local councils to direct intervention; construction of these facilities commenced in the first quarter of 2017 and they will become operative in 2018. The facilities are in San Mauro Torinese (120 beds), Marcon in Piedmont (120 beds), Rodano in the province of Venice (MI) (90 beds), Lombardy and Macomer (NU) in Sardinia (40 beds). Also in 2017, a number of construction works that commenced in 2016 are scheduled for completion between July and September. These are at Torre di Mosto (VE), Piacenza and Pasian di Prato in Friuli.
